Resales Executive

Job Title: Resales Executive Type: 1 x Permanent Position and 1 x 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Location: Eastleigh Salary: £35,052 FTE per annum Hours: 37 hours per week BRC are working closely with a housing association who are looking for two Resales Executives to join their team in Eastleigh, with one permanent opportunity and one 6-month fixed-term contract available. This role involves managing the resale of shared ownership properties from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact for homeowners and prospective buyers. You will provide advice and guidance throughout the resale process, assess applications, coordinate with solicitors and external partners, and ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and in line with relevant policies and procedures. Duties: Manage the resale of shared ownership properties from initial enquiry through to completion, acting as the main point of contact for customers. Advise, support and assist homeowners and prospective buyers throughout the resale process. Assess buyer applications, ensuring applicants meet the relevant eligibility criteria and complete the necessary financial assessments, including anti-money laundering checks. Liaise with solicitors, local authorities, HomeBuy Agents and other external partners to facilitate property sales.
