Reprographic Technical Assistant

Overview

Morson Talent are currently seeking a Reprographic Technical Assistant to work on behalf of our aerospace client based in Yeovil.Responsibilities

Cleaning of documents and drawings using software.Checking/Verifying documents selected for destruction.Perform final check of scanned documents.Verify data for new Drawings and Documents.Returning queries/errors to the relevant area for correction.Issue Drawings and documents using VPM (Virtual Product Model), WEX (Enovia) and SAP_DMS.Record all drawings issued on relevant spreadsheets and Intranet.Saving of the relevant documents in digital file/folders in delegated system areas.Liaise with ICT when required (Information and Communications Technology) department.Use SAP_DMS to upload documents for issue.Essential knowledge, skills and experience

Experience in technical and administrative dept.Experience related to knowledge, and capability to understand Technical drawings and documentation.Good organizational skills.Conscientious with Excellent attention to detailSelf-motivated.Excellent team workerAble to work in the office full time. (Possible, occasional working from home can be evaluated and agreed)Desirable knowledge, skills and experience
