Reprographic Technical Assistant

Morson Talent are currently seeking a Reprographic Technical Assistant to work on the behalf of our aerospace client based in Yeovil.

The duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Cleaning of documents and drawings using software.
- Checking/Verifying documents for selected for destruction
- Perform final check of scanned documents,
- Verify data for new Drawings and Documents
- Returning queries/errors to the relevant area for correction.
- Issue Drawings and documents using VPM (Virtual Product Model), WEX (Enovia) and SAP_DMS.
- Record all drawings issued on relevant spreadsheets and Intranet.
- Saving of the relevant documents in digital file/folders in delegated system areas.
- Liaise with ICT when required (Information and Communications Technology) department.
- Use SAP_DMS to upload documents for issue.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in technical and administrative dept.
- Experience related to knowledge, and capability to understand Technical drawings and documentation.
- Good organizational skills.
- Conscientious with Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated.
- Excellent team worker
- Able to work in the office full time. (Possible, occasional working from home can be evaluated and agreed)
DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Document digitalization and/or photo/image editing experience.
- SAP ERP experience
- VPM/WEX(enovia) virtual product model experience
- Experience with Excel and Word.
- Excellent Time keeper
