Interim Representation and Appeals Officer - ParkingLondon basedHourly rate via umbrella company (inside IR35)Hybrid - some office presence requiredPanoramic Associates is currently working with a local authority client based in London to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Representation and Appeals Officer to support the parking services team. This role has arisen due to increased caseloads and the need for additional experienced resource within the department.Responsibilities

Assess and respond to statutory parking representations and appeals within set deadlinesReview evidence and prepare detailed case files for adjudication hearingsEnsure compliance with all relevant parking legislation, policies, and proceduresProvide professional and clear communication with customers and stakeholdersQualifications

Previous experience working within a council parking teamStrong knowledge of parking legislation and statutory processesExperience managing representations and preparing appeal casesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNext steps

This role is an initial 6-month contract with likely extension and offers an hourly rate via umbrella company (inside IR35).
