You''ll act as a central point of contact between residents, contractors, operational teams and internal departments, supporting the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services across our housing stock. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Repairs Operations Team.Manage and monitor outstanding repair work orders to ensure completion within agreed service levels.Liaise with contractors, residents and internal teams to resolve repair enquiries.Coordinate inspections and follow-up actions to ensure excellent service delivery.Support the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).Analyse data and identify service improvement opportunities.Investigate and respond to customer complaints and service issues.Ensure contractors deliver value for money and maintain high-quality standards.Maintain accurate ..... full job details .....
