The Skills You''ll Need: Japanese, corporate banking, financial statement analysis, loans, deposits, client-facing skills.Your New Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Discretionary BonusLocation: LondonPermanent / Full-time/ HybridWhat You''ll be Doing:Support Relationship Managers in servicing Japanese corporate clients.Prepare financial analyses, company research, credit reviews, and business proposals.Assist with loans, deposits, FX transactions, and fund transfers.Attend client meetings with senior RMs and support relationship development.Provide loan and deposit rate quotations to corporate clients.Monitor loan/deposit maturities and coordinate funding requirements internally.Maintain customer and transaction data, management information, and reporting.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.The Skills You''ll Need to Succeed:Native-level Japanese and business-level English.Experience in banking, financial services, or corporate finance preferred.Strong understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, PandL, Cash Flow).Knowledge of corporate banking products, deposits, loans, FX, and interest rates.Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.Ability to work accurately in a regulated banking environment.Please follow us on Linkedin: company/people-first-team-japanWe would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
