We''re looking for a Repairs and Maintenance Support Officer to support the smooth delivery of repairs and maintenance services across our housing stock. What you''ll do Support high-quality responsive repairs, voids and cyclical maintenance services.Monitor contractor performance to ensure works are on time, on budget and to standard.Maintain accurate housing, repairs and compliance systems.Work closely with the Customer Contact Centre to correctly diagnose and schedule repairs.Liaise with customers, contractors and colleagues to keep workflows moving.Assist with inspections, work orders, specifications and invoice processing.Produce clear reports and analysis on spend, volumes and customer satisfaction.Help manage Right to Repair cases, Environmental Health Orders and specialist surveys.Support contract management to ensure value for money.Keep asset, risk and compliance records up to date.Resolve customer complaints proactively and professionally.Commit to ongoing CPD and professional development.What you''ll bring Knowledge of repairs and maintenance within the housing sector.Understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.Experience using housing, repairs, compliance or asset management systems.Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, ..... full job details .....
