What You''ll Be Doing * Support repair development activities across the global repair network* Investigate and assess non-conforming components* Develop and improve repair schemes and technical solutions * Drive continuous improvement initiatives * Represent Engineering in technical reviews and meetings * Ensure compliance with industry standards * Travel to facilities and authorised repair vendors when required What We''re Looking For Essential: Degree in Mechanical, Materials or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience), strong communication skills, ability to interpret engineering drawings, and a proactive approach. Desirable: Experience with gas turbines, rotating equipment, power generation technology, repair and manufacturing processes, and activities.
