What You''ll Be Doing Support repair development activities across the global repair network Investigate and assess non-conforming components Develop and improve repair schemes and technical solutions Drive continuous improvement initiatives Represent Engineering in technical reviews and meetings Ensure compliance with industry standards Travel to facilities and authorised repair vendors when required What We''re Looking For Essential: Degree in Mechanical, Materials or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience), strong communication skills, ability to interpret engineering drawings, and a proactive approach. Desirable: Experience with gas turbines, rotating equipment, power generation technology, repair and manufacturing processes, and activities.
