This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied role within a supportive team environment, offering a mix of administration, coordination, and client interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing inspection reportsManaging rejected tools, including client communication, invoicing, and updating repair trackersRaising purchase orders for repairs, testing, and purchasingBooking tools in and out, including returns from machine shops and jobsMaintaining and updating client trackersAssisting with month-end invoicing processesProcessing customs clearance and maintaining documentationPreparing certification packages for rental coordinatorsUpdating internal systems with tool locationsGeneral administration duties including filing, scanning, and answering callsRequirementsPrevious experience in an administrative, coordination, or rentals-based roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksGood communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailWorking Hours and Benefits37.5 hours per weekWorking hours: 08:00 - 16:00 or 08:30 - 16:30 29 days holiday per year 5% employer pension contribution Apply NowIf you are interested in this opportunity and ..... full job details .....
