As a specialist Rent Officer you will be responsible for monitoring and managing rent arrears and other housing debts within a ward-based patch, communicating with customers and taking appropriate action in line with the Councils procedures to reduce and recover debts owed.Responsibilities:Within the role you will be directly responsible for service delivery of:Rent and Service Charge recoveryFormer Tenant debt recoveryTenancy EnforcementAbout you:You will possess good communication and administrative skills, be IT literate and able to demonstrate an ability to work within a busy and demanding environment.
