Rent Income Manager

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Rent Income Manager for a local authority in Southwest London.In this role, you will lead and develop an income team, maximising rental income, reducing arrears and supporting residents to sustain their tenancies.Duties:Lead and manage the Income Team, including performance, training and development.Oversee rent collection, arrears recovery and legal action.Monitor performance, reporting and income collection targets.Build partnerships to support tenancy sustainment and maximise income.Qualifications and Experience:Experience managing and developing staff in a performance-focused environment.Experience in social housing, income management or rent arrears recovery.Experience managing complex cases and supporting vulnerable residents.Experience working with housing legislation, welfare benefits and external partners.What''s on offer:Salary: 36ph may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience Contract type: 3-6 months minimumHours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per weekHow to apply:Once your CV is received, if you are successful, you will be contacted.Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
