Rent Accountant

A distinguished Housing Association in London is looking to take on a Rent Accountant on a 6-month basis to begin with. Responsibilities:Posting journals for rent transactions into finance system in a timely mannerReconciliations bank, rent and service charge control accounts, supporting financial accuracyEnsuring customer payments are reconciled, liaising with stakeholders to resolve any discrepanciesCarry out reconciliations of all daily universal credits receipts, providing updates when necessaryRequirements:Finance background with some knowledge of rent accounting and reconciliationsAn understanding of rent setting and ability to work independentlyConfident using excel and various finance packagesAbility to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and strong time management skills If this role sounds of interest, please apply ASAP as the role is urgent for the client. ..... full job details .....
