What You''ll Be Doing

Coordinating domestic and international removals from the initial inquiry to completion

Managing home items and commercial/office relocations

Coordinating with clients, movers, and third-party vendors to guarantee a successful relocation execution

Creating move documents, including quotes, customs papers, and schedules

Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations

Update internal systems with removal details, fees, and timelines

Providing great client assistance during the migration process

Coordinating packaging, shipping, storage, and delivery services

Handling any delays, issues, or adjustments that occur during a transfer

Monitoring shipments and sending updates to customers

Providing the sales staff with pricing and service information

Following up with customers after the move to ensure they are satisfied

What We’re Looking For

Previous expertise in the removals industry is needed

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office and move management software

Ability to work under pressure and fulfil strict deadlines
