We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Relief Chef to join our culinary team. This role supports kitchen operations across various locations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service.Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present food to high standards, adhering to recipes and guidelinesMaintain a clean, organised kitchen environment and ensure health and safety complianceCollaborate with existing kitchen teams to support daily operations and maintain smooth serviceAssist in managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans as neededAdapt quickly to different kitchen environments, menus, and cooking stylesSupport and supervise kitchen staff when required, fostering a positive and efficient work atmosphereEnsure customer satisfaction by maintaining food quality and presentation standardsRespond flexibly to changing work locations and schedules as per organisational needsRequirements
