As a Chef Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a busy kitchen, managing an Assistant Chef and Catering Assistants. Your responsibilities include preparing meals that meet residents'' dietary needs, managing stock and waste, maintaining cleanliness, and operating within budget. You will also conduct risk assessments and handle staff recruitment and training.Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact daily with residents, visitors, and colleagues. We seek someone friendly, approachable, and passionate about care catering.Requirements include experience catering for older adults'' dietary needs and a valid food hygiene certificate.Benefits and Rewards
