Registered Veterinary Nurse Location: OxfordOur client, an independent small animal referral centre specialising in orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery, is looking for a friendly, dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join its supportive clinical team.This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern referral facility alongside experienced veterinary professionals, delivering a high standard of patient care in a collaborative environment.The PracticeThe purpose-built facility is equipped with four consulting rooms, two operating theatres, a CT scanner, digital X-ray, an in-house laboratory and separate wards for dogs and cats.The team is committed to providing exceptional clinical care while maintaining a personal approach to patients, their owners and referring veterinary practices.The RoleYour responsibilities will include: Anaesthesia monitoring and management across a variety of patientsAssisting with surgical procedures as a scrub nurseProviding high-quality inpatient careManaging patient admissions, discharges and post-operative nurse appointmentsSupporting the processing of referral bookingsMaintaining accurate clinical records and assisting with pricing and scheduling using the practice management system Ideally, you will have experience with anaesthesia, including patients undergoing emergency or critical care surgery.
