Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of careAdminister all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policyEnsure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionalsReport any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessaryQualifications and experience

Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PinProven experience of working in a care setting (preferred)1+ Year NMC registrationWell-developed time management and leadership skillsBenefits
