Provide high-quality nursing care that meets residents’ physical, psychological and social needs.Create safe and supportive environments for residents with diverse physical and mental needs.Develop tailored care plans and perform detailed risk assessments as part of ongoing care delivery.Administer medications safely and in accordance with regulatory requirements.Use professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions and maintain evidence-based practice.About You / Qualifications

Current NMC registration and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.Dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing.Rewards and Details
