Evolve Staffing Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our clinical team for a placement in Whitchurch. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents and patients in the Whitchurch area. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to patients in line with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) standards. Administer medications, manage wound care, and monitor vital signs. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure CQC (Care Quality Commission) compliance. Supervise junior staff and healthcare assistants to ensure a safe clinical environment. Requirements and Qualifications Valid NMC Pin: Must be a Registered Adult Nurse with a current, unrestricted registration. Experience: Previous experience in acute care, elderly care, or community nursing is highly desirable. Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
