Registered Nurse

Evolve Staffing Ltd-is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate-Registered Nurse (RGN)-to join our clinical team for a placement in-Whitchurch. Whether you are an experienced-Staff Nurse-or looking for a new challenge in-Healthcare Nursing, this role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality-patient care-within a supportive and professional environment.

As a-Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive-nursing care, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents and patients in the-Whitchurch-area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive-nursing care-and support to patients in line with-NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council)-standards.
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and monitor vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized-care plans-in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure-CQC (Care Quality Commission)-compliance.
• Supervise junior staff and healthcare assistants to ensure a safe clinical environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid NMC Pin:-Must be a-Registered Adult Nurse-with a current, unrestricted registration.
• Experience:-Previous experience in-acute care, elderly care, or community nursing-is highly desirable.
• Skills:-Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Compliance:-Must have the right to work in the UK and undergo an-Enhanced DBS check.
• Communication:-Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and colleagues.
