Be a part of it.We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join our dynamic and forward thinking team at Cygnet Hospital Beckton. You will be expected to work full-time, working 38.5 hours a week, working days and nights on a rota basis. (shift times 7:30am to 8:00pm; 7:30pm to 8:00am).The post offers successful candidates a unique opportunity to develop their skills across specialities, such as DBT, and knowledge from other specialist pathways all under one roof.Upping Ward is our 15 bed Intensive Support Service for women with a diagnosis of personality disorder and complex mental health needs. The service pathway provides a robust programme of care for women with challenging high risk behaviour who experience difficulties with engagement with therapeutic programmes. We aim to meet the needs of these women, who may have had previous inappropriate placements, in a less restrictive setting.Your Day-to-Day Develop therapeutic relationships alongside service users and carers to motivate and influence service users drive for recoveryCollaborate with others to ensure the delivery of safe and clinically effective careApply skilled and meaningful interventions based on assessed needsMaintain contemporaneous records and care plans for service usersProduce outstanding written reports based on your nursing ..... full job details .....
