This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, recovery-focused mental health care across community and inpatient settings, while developing your clinical and leadership skills within a progressive NHS Trust. Key Responsibilities Carry out comprehensive assessments of service users'' mental health and care needs Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans using evidence-based practice Build therapeutic relationships and collaborative partnerships with service users, carers, and multidisciplinary teams Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate mental health care Support and guide healthcare support workers, students, and new team members Contribute to risk assessment, crisis management, safeguarding, and discharge planning Participate in maintaining and improving clinical standards through audit and service development Ensure compliance with CNWL policies, confidentiality standards, and professional guidelines Promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and a safe working environment What We''re Looking ..... full job details .....
