You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to prisoners with mental health needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalised care plans for prisoners. Provide ongoing support and therapeutic interventions to individuals with mental health conditions. Collaborate with prison staff, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure integrated care. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health interventions and adjust care plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with NHS and prison service guidelines. Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision. Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health policies and procedures within the prison.
