About The Role
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of care services across a defined project. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements from the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Your main duties will include:
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of service usersOffering leadership, managerial direction, guidance, and support to junior staffActively promoting the company''s equal opportunity and anti-discriminatory practice policiesWorking flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to provide management and support to servicesSetting, monitoring, and evaluating service standards to improve the quality and performance of the projectDeveloping and implementing a continuous improvement plan for services in consultation with stakeholdersActing as a company ambassador both internally and externallyRecruiting, supervising, and managing the performance of the Deputy Service Manager and overseeing the recruitment of care staffActing as the responsible person for the service budgetEnsuring that an effective process is in place to respond to, resolve, and evaluate complaintsRegistering as the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission as requiredPromoting the health and safety of staff within the work environmentUndertaking travel to different locations as requiredCovering for other Scheme/Service Managers during annual leave and unexpected absencesYou will work 37.5 hours per week with on-call responsibilities on a rota basis
About You
You must comply with all regulatory requirements including registration and inspection processes as laid down by the Care Quality CommissionYou will need a good knowledge of computers to use our intranet systemYou must have the ability to travel effectively to different locationsThe role requires you to work flexibly, which may include evening and weekend working
