Registered Manager / Supported Living

Daytime Healthcare are assisting an adults care home who are looking for a Registered Manager to join their team in Urmston, Manchester.

The role of the Registered Manager encompasses overall operational responsibility for the service, ensuring smooth operations, and effective staff allocation and management. You will oversee the delivery of excellent operational services within your area, regularly supervising Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and/or Senior Support Workers.

You will be managing 2 fully accessible 4-bedroom bungalows, for adults who are living with complex physical disabilities and learning disabilities. The individuals require support with physical and sensory impairments. Some have communication difficulties, moderate to severe learning impairments, and physical and mental health needs and/or Autism.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support person-centered services within your area.
• Ensure staff actions support care, protection, well-being, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and support Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers through recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage budgets and staff deployment effectively.
• Use IT systems to manage staff, incidents, quality assurance, training, and occupancy.

Experience:

We require an experienced manager, including someone that has experience with complex physical disabilities and learning disabilities.
