Registered Manager Supported Living Location: Solihull Salary: £40,750.36 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week, including occasional weekend working Type: Permanent Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for supporting autistic people and people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives? We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new, purpose-built supported living service in Solihull. The Role This is an exciting opportunity to take a key leadership role within a modern supported living scheme designed to provide a safe, empowering and person-centred home for autistic people and people with learning disabilities. As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the quality, compliance and operational delivery of the service, ensuring that tenants receive outstanding support that promotes independence, choice and personal development. You will lead a flexible 24-hour staff team, work closely with families and external professionals, and ensure the service meets all CQC and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the supported living service. Register with CQC and maintain high standards of compliance and quality. Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated staff team. Ensure support plans are person-centred, outcome-focused and co-produced wherever possible.
