Registered Manager - Domiciliary CareLocation: ChesterfieldSalary: 40,000- 45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance bonusFull-time, PermanentAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow a domiciliary care service in Chesterfield.The service currently delivers under 1,000 care hours per week, offering an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded manager to strengthen the operation, develop the team and drive sustainable growth, with the support of an established wider organisation.This role would suit an ambitious care leader who enjoys building relationships, improving service performance and growing a domiciliary care service while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the domiciliary care service.Drive service growth by increasing care hours, securing new packages and developing relationships with local commissioners.Lead, motivate and develop the care team, supporting recruitment, retention and performance.Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.Oversee quality assurance, audits and continuous improvement.Manage budgets, monitor KPIs and take ownership of branch performance.Build strong relationships with service users, families, commissioners and the local community.Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency and commercial performance.Work ..... full job details .....
