As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our Ofsted-registered children''s home. The Role As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, management, and operational oversight of the home. You will ensure the service meets Ofsted regulations, delivers exceptional outcomes, and provides a stable, supportive environment for children and young people with complex needs. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated staff team to deliver outstanding care. Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, Children''s Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards. Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and behaviour support practices. Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality care planning. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively. Build strong relationships with external professionals, families, and stakeholders. Ensure the home is always prepared for Ofsted inspections and achieves strong ratings.
