We are recruiting a Registered Manager for a 3-bed EBD children''s home in Redditch, offering a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the home from the outset. You''ll be involved in supporting the Ofsted registration, building and developing your team and taking responsibility for the successful day-to-day running of the home. But this role is about much more than compliance. The aim is to create a children''s home that genuinely feels like a family home - somewhere young people feel safe, settled, valued and supported. We need a manager who shares that philosophy and can build a team and culture around it.
