Bispham Gardens is a 52-bed care home, expanded with 24 new rooms in early 2021, situated in a peaceful residential area of Blackpool. The home provides nursing, residential, dementia, respite, and end-of-life care within a warm, welcoming environment. Facilities include spacious en-suite rooms, accessible bathrooms, landscaped gardens, a hair salon, and even a cinema room.Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager with an active NMC PIN to take on the role of Registered Manager at Bispham Gardens. Provide visible, professional leadership to staff, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and Glenholme Healthcare policies, ensuring the home remains inspection-ready at all times.Oversee clinical governance, audits, risk assessments, and care planning.Promote a strong culture of learning and professional development across the team.Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community.Ensure the activities and wellbeing programme supports residents’ physical, social, and emotional needs.Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively, balancing quality with operational efficiency.Essential Requirements
