Registered Manager - Nurse Qualified

Responsibilities

Provide visible, professional leadership to staff, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and Glenholme Healthcare policies, ensuring the home remains inspection-ready at all times.Oversee clinical governance, audits, risk assessments, and care planning.Promote a strong culture of learning and professional development across the team.Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community.Ensure the activities and wellbeing programme supports residents'' physical, social, and emotional needs.Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively, balancing quality with operational efficiency.Qualifications

Registered Nurse with a current, active NMC PIN.Previous experience as a Registered Manager of a nursing home.Demonstrable experience as a senior leader in a nursing home environment.In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and governance requirements.Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to foster a person-centred, empowering environment for residents and staff.Evidence of improving CQC outcomes and care quality.Knowledge of dementia and end-of-life care best practices.Rewards and benefits
