Registered Manager

About the Role This is an opportunity to lead a residential service where quality, dignity and person-centred support genuinely matter. As the Registered Manager, you will have day-to-day responsibility for the leadership and running of a residential home supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs within Ravenswood Village. You will lead with visibility, compassion and accountability, creating an environment where people are supported to live meaningful, fulfilling lives with choice, independence and belonging. Working within a values-led and regulated environment, you will ensure the service is safe, compliant and high performing, while also creating a warm and homely environment for the people who live there. This role requires registration under the Health and Social Care Act (2008) and offers the opportunity to lead a committed team within one of the UK''s leading providers of support for people with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
