Registered Manager / Leading Children's Care Home

Daytime Healthcare are assisting a leading children''s care home to find a Registered Manager to join the team in Peterborough.

The care home is for children/young people aged 8-18 years with learning difficulties, and / or emotional and behavioural difficulties, and we are looking for a Manager that is passionate about achieving the best outcome, and is motivated to direct a team in supporting vulnerable children and young people.

What you will need to succeed:

- Diploma Level 5 in Leadership Health and Social Care Children and Young People, or equivalent.

- At least 2 years supervisor experience with a children''s home.

- Previous experience of managing a children''s home is desirable.

- Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations and legislation.

- Good knowledge of safeguarding.
