The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage complex projects from inception to completion. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to foster organizational readiness and sustained value creation.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goalsDevelop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocationCoordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clientsMonitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesProvide updates and reports to senior management and stakeholdersEnsure adherence to project management standards and best practicesMentor and support other project managers and team membersFoster a positive work environmentEstablish and manage the PMO, defining processes, standards, and practicesAlign the PMO with organizational goals and drive project management excellenceThe ideal candidate has a proven track record in setting up governance structures, defining standards, and creating processes for project prioritization, resource management, and performance monitoring.
