The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of a specialist residential service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and operational performance. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team whilst driving continuous improvement and maintaining a positive culture for both residents and staff.
