Purpose of the Role The Registered Manager holds overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the service, ensuring compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) fundamental standards and all relevant legislation. The Registered Manager will lead, motivate, and develop the staff team, drive continuous improvement, and act as the registered person accountable to CQC for the quality and safety of care delivered.
