About the Role The Registered Manager holds overall operational responsibility for the residential provision located within the college grounds. You will ensure the service operates safely, effectively, and in full compliance with regulatory standards while overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support. Working closely with Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and Senior Support Workers, you will lead the staff team, maintain excellent care standards and ensure the service continues to support students in achieving greater independence and positive outcomes.
