The role:Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential service for adults with learning disability, autism and behaviours that may challenge. Adhere to all support plans and risk assessments ensuring the strong leadership of the staff teams.Manage and support a team of support staff and complete all supervisions, and regular 1-1 meetings.Ensure the delivery of person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being of all clients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with legal and organisational requirements.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery.Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant legislation, preparing for inspections and audits.Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively to optimise service delivery.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and ..... full job details .....
