You''ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and driving the growth of their services. You''ll work closely with their senior management team, benefiting from a supportive network and access to cutting-edge technologies to help you succeed.Your office will be based in the city of Manchester, where you will lead a new service starting with 150 hours, increasing to 350 once they have acquired a Registetered Manager, you''ll be working alongside the managing partners, care coordinators, and a team of support workers.Within this role you''ll need previous experience in the following:At least 2 years in a Registered Manager role within Domiciliary CareHands-on experience in managing a domiciliary care serviceTrack record of managing and motivating an effective teamStrong understanding of current legal responsibilities and standardsThe duties of this role would include but are not limited to:Work to CQC standardsManage the care team to ensure providing the best careLaise with local councils and authorities to improve/maintain/expand the serviceOn-call duties where necessaryBenefits:Salary: £40,000 to ..... full job details .....
