Registered Manager - Residential Child Care (EBD)Location: StockportSalary: £54,000 + up to £12,000 annual bonus (Ofsted and occupancy related)I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established children''s residential provider for a Registered Manager to lead a 5-bed EBD home rated Good by Ofsted.This service has been operating successfully for over 30 years and benefits from a stable, experienced core team. The focus is on maintaining high standards of care, consistency in leadership, and continuing to achieve positive outcomes for young people.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready to step up into a well-supported, established service. The home is currently open and operating successfully with 2 children in the home, so there is plenty of room for progression and expansion.The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring it continues to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for young people.You will:Lead and manage the home in line with Ofsted and Children''s Homes RegulationsMaintain and build on the home''s Good Ofsted ratingProvide consistent leadership to an established staff teamEnsure high-quality care planning and safeguarding practicesDrive positive outcomes in education, wellbeing, and developmentOversee compliance, audits, and regulatory requirementsSupport and develop staff through supervision and performance managementMaintain strong ..... full job details .....
