Job Description:

Position: Registered Manager Complex Care

Location: Chelmsford, UK

Salary: -40,000 - -50,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our Complex Care services in Chelmsford, UK. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our Complex Care services in Chelmsford
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation, including CQC standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of care staff, ensuring high-quality care is delivered at all times
• Create and implement care plans for clients with complex medical needs
• Monitor and review care plans regularly to ensure they meet the changing needs of clients
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the service
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and in line with legal requirements
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of care
• Handle any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in on-call duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years'' experience in a managerial role in a complex care setting
• Registered Manager''s Award or equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
• Good understanding of complex care needs and ability to create effective care plans
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
