Job DescriptionWhat you’ll doThe Registered Manager will oversee daily operations and grow a successful care team delivering personal care services to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring adequate staffing, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring all processes are followed, documented, and compliant with regulations.

You will also be accountable for internal quality standards and compliance with regulators and contract holders.

QualificationsWhat you need

You should be an efficient, organized, and experienced manager passionate about community care, with a solid understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks. Good budget, business management, and commercial skills are essential for success in this role.
