Salary: Up to £49,000 per annum + £10,000 performance bonus

We are currently working with a small but established provider of children's care to recruit a Registered Manager for their children's home based in Handsworth for children and young people with LD

This is an exciting role for a Manager to join a company who are currently going through a time of growth and development

To be successful in this role you must;

• Have experience of managing/ deputising in a children's home

• Hold a level 5 diploma in children and young peoples residential care (or working towards)

• Have experience of working with children and young people

• Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
