Salary: £48,000 per annum
Bonus Potential: Up to £55,800 with Ofsted and Occupancy bonuses
Location: NG23 Area | Home Size: 4-Bed | Service Type: EBD | Mixed Genders

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping a new, high-quality residential home for young people? We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to open and lead a brand new 4-bed EBD home in the NG23 area of Nottingham.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to make your mark from day one — to build a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

What’s on Offer?

•  Base Salary: £48,000
•  Bonus Potential:
• Ofsted Bonus: £3,000 for achieving an Outstanding Ofsted rating
• Occupancy Bonus: £400 per month based on full occupancy
•  On-Call Payments:
• £25 per weekday
• £35 per weekend day
•  Holidays: 25 days annual leave + 8 statutory holidays

• Support: You’ll be fully supported in the registration process and the setup of the home.

What We’re Looking For

• A dynamic and experienced leader with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)
• Proven track record managing children''s residential homes
• Deep understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and high-quality care standards
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people
• Experience with EBD and complex behaviours
