Key Responsibilities
Provide strong, visible leadership to ensure the smooth running of the home
Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and deliver consistently high-quality care
Support and inspire a dedicated team to uphold best practices in person-centred care
Foster a positive, supportive culture that prioritises safety, dignity, and wellbeing
Manage budgets, staffing, training, and occupancy levels effectively
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
Actively engage with the local community and promote the home''s reputation
Continually assess and improve service delivery
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential or dementia care setting
A strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A passion for high-quality, person-centred care
A warm, empathetic approach that motivates and supports staff and residents alike
