We are a Registered Manager to lead one of our established Ofsted-registered children''s home and play a key role within our Residential Leadership Team. About the Role As Registered Manager, you will: Lead an Ofsted-registered children''s home. Manage and develop a team of Deputy Managers, Senior staff and Care and Support Workers. Drive high-quality, child-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead across both homes. Lead on Ofsted compliance, quality assurance, inspections and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with families, local authorities, commissioners and safeguarding partners.
