Registered Manager - Homecare

Registered Manager Homecare Salary: £50,000 - £55,000Location: St Albans Hours: Full-time onsite About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of a high-quality homecare service. You will provide strong leadership across the service, ensuring customers receive safe, personalised and effective care while maintaining high standards of compliance, quality and staff performance. This is a hands-on management position offering the opportunity to make a genuine difference to customers, their families and the wider care team. This a permanent full time role, 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and a driving license is required. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the effective day-to-day running of the homecare service. Ensure care is delivered safely, effectively and in line with relevant legislation, regulations and internal policies. Keep customers'' individual needs, preferences, dignity and independence at the heart of the service. Complete and oversee appropriate care assessments, risk assessments and personalised care plans. Build strong relationships with customers, families, representatives and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate, confidential and compliant customer and business records.
