If you are an experienced Registered Manager looking to influence practice, develop teams and deliver exceptional outcomes for children, we would love to hear from you.About the RoleAs Registered Manager, you will:Lead an Ofsted-registered children''s home. Manage and develop a team of Deputy Managers, Senior staff and Care and Support Workers. Drive high-quality, child-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead across both homes. Lead on Ofsted compliance, quality assurance, inspections and continuous improvement.
