What You''ll Do: Act as the Registered Manager with the CQC, ensuring full compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008. Lead the day-to-day operations of the service, including care delivery, staff management, scheduling, and compliance. Ensure high standards through robust quality assurance, audits, and regular reviews. Drive staff recruitment, training, and development, fostering a supportive and values-led team culture. Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders. Contribute to the strategic growth and sustainability of the service, including involvement in tenders and partnership building. What We re Looking For: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent). 2+ years experience in a managerial role within domiciliary or community care.
